MINECRAFT ESCAPE ROOMS
The incorporation of Minecraft-based challenges (escape rooms), enhances practical application and retention of knowledge gained through the MOOC, employing gamification to boost learner motivation.

HIRER is an Erasmus+ project in the Vocation Education & Training sector. Its main objective is to boost the professional profile of HR management teasms, increasing their digital skills so as to help them cope with the digital transformation of their businesses and effectively manage remote/hybrid teams.
HIRER tools are designed to teach necessary digital skills related to the management of remote/hybrid teams. The educational material was developed through extensive research in the three partner countries (Germany, Cyprus, and Czech Republic) and in alignment with the DigiComp EU Framework. The material is hosted in an online MOOC in the form of micro-learning units. It is also accompanies by a Minecraft game in the form of escape rooms to boost learners' engagement.
